Welcome to Bradshaw Veterinary Clinic!
We are very pleased to have you as a client. We realize
that there are many great veterinary hospitals to choose
from, and we will do all we can to serve you and your
pet. |

To make your first visit a pleasant experience, here
are some tips to assist you.

Give us a call to schedule an appointment. We
have appointments available 7 days a week from 6 am to 10 pm. Our
phone number is (916) 685-2494. To schedule an appointment for a
livestock species call (916) 685-4673.

If possible, please fill out our Client
Registration Form and bring it with your at the time of your
appointment. This will save you time from having to fill it out
while in the clinic.

If your pet has received medical care at another
veterinary clinic, please have the previous veterinarian fax a
copy of your pet’s records to us at (916) 685-8351. Or if you
have a copy in your possession please bring it along so we may
make a copy for our records.

Payment is expected on the day services are
provided. We accept cash, checks (with ID), VISA, MasterCard,
ATM and CareCredit. If you have any questions about the costs of services
during your visit, please request an estimate and our doctor
will be happy to provide you with one.
